Pure Legacies employs a rigorous investment strategy, focusing on acquiring underperforming properties in prime locations. Our goal is to pinpoint assets in markets that demonstrate solid fundamentals and an upward trend in tourism. Each property we invest in is carefully chosen for its potential for value enhancement. This potential is realized through a range of strategies including capital investments, both exterior and interior renovations, operational enhancements, cost reductions, and marketing improvements. Our internal property management team enables us to independently operate each asset, granting us complete control and the ability to swiftly execute each property's business plan post-acquisition. During the due diligence phase, our acquisition team collaborates closely with our asset management, property management, and construction teams to develop a tailored business plan for every property we add to our portfolio

Jake Rosenthal
Jake is an active real estate investor and entrepreneur owning a portfolio of real estate in 4 different markets. Before founding Pure Legacies, Jake spent 8-years as a sales executive and sales leader at top technology companies. During that time he was part of 2 of the biggest IPO's in tech history. A graduate of Northeastern University, Jake is passionate about building wealth for his and investors through commercial real estate.
